The Kaplan & Nohejl Law Firm was established on 1 April 2007.

We provide comprehensive legal services for domestic, as well as foreign clients, in all areas of Czech law, particularly civil and commercial law.

Our firm’s current clients include both individuals, as well as Czech and foreign legal entities doing business in the areas of trade, marketing, transportation, water management, construction, energy or property management.

KAPLAN & NOHEJL, ADVOKÁTNÍ KANCELÁŘ S.R.O.

We would like to inform you that the law firm Kaplan & Nohejl has transformed into a limited liability company and it will provide legal services under new business name Kaplan & Nohejl, advokátní kancelář s.r.o. since 1 August 2014.Transition to the new form of a limited liability company will not affect the manner of provision of legal services or their quality. All existing effective contracts and obligations of the transformed law firm have been assigned to the new limited liability company automatically with no need of any further actions.
